So I was cleaning out the buick today to give it back to my dad. Kinda sad but kinda not at the same time. I am going to miss it. Not miss driving it so much but miss the memorys that I have in that car.
Oh well I'm over it. I have lots of memory's in the mustang too.. More to come with memory's.

I think i can!!
I think that I will update its been long enough to warrant one. So were to begin. I got the mustang fixed again. I guess it was a loose wire or something so yeah that works and I have been driving that for the last couple days or so. Its pretty good so far. I need to get a couple of cosmetic things done to it. Other than that its great to be driving it again.
We had a pot luck at work yesterday! It was good. most everyone brought something to share. I made general tso's chicken to bring, it was awesome. Totally worth the 2.5 hours it took to make it. Today though I got bored and grabbed a stack of HomeSmart magnets and was playing around with it. I wanted to make something that they would leave up in the office so.. this is what I came up with.
Other than that nothing is really happening. Today was Jackie and Gregs anniversary. Sad day for them. She is at my mom's house hanging out doing whatever it is that they do when they get together. Tomorrow night we head up for the cabin. Looking forward to that. It will be good to get away for a couple days. I'll try to update up there or once I get back.

random
So yeah, about that. Just a quick update. Nothing too special just a random little blurb.
Nothing is new really, still getting used to living in the basement. Going to be doing a oil change on the pontiac tomorrow. There is a pretty sweet wireless guitar at walmart that I want to get that has 2 sets of light up buttons. It looks like a fender.
thats it i guess. ttyl.

yesterday
Yesterday was pretty productive. woke up went to work. drove home. Cut the front yard and the back. Had some awesome cheese hot dogs for dinner. Catherine and I unpacked almost all of the rest of the stuff that we brought here. Couple of more things to bring to Amy's. Other than some stuff to hang on the walls we are done. Now we just have to get everything were we want it :). Catherine cleaned the kitchen, did dishes. Washed the floors in the kitchen and the living room, and vacuumed a bunch. I felt good about what we got done.
Last weekend we went to the cabin. Days 11, 12, and 13 up there this year. It was a good time. We headed up there after work on friday night. The pontiac was getting just about 30 miles to the gallon. I am very pleased with that. We did some fishing. This time Catherine got the biggest sunny. It was bigger than my hand. I would guess about 1/2 - 3/4 of a pound. Biggest one that I have seen in a long time, if ever. We swam on sunday. That was really fun after I got in. The water was really cold. I am not going to lie I was being a baby about it.
We went to dinner on saturday night at bennigens. That was nice then afterword we went to see the Dark Knight. That movie is totally awesome. I want to see it again. I think that I will wait until it comes out thou. 2.5 hours is a long time to sit in a theatre not wanting to go to the bathroom :).

update
Ok, So a lot has happened since my last update. I really wish that I had access to this website from work then I would be able to update all the time. I do not unfortunately, and I forget most of the time.
Ok heres a run down. My life was normal until the 4th of July weekend. We went camping with Amy and Mike. We get there unpack and have a fire and go to bed. The next day was good ( the 4th) we went swimming, ate a bunch of campfire food, and hung out and had a good time. Saturday came around with us needing to go to the hospital because Greg was there with a fever again. We get there and its a tad bit more serious than we had thought. Turns out that he is bleeding from his liver and his blood counts are so out of wack that he can't clot. The doctors were nice for the most part. The nurses were pretty good except for one. She was a b word. Any way they couldn't stop the bleeding of his liver. It eventually put enough pressure on his chest that it stopped his breathing ( i think ). That was monday 7-7-08.
Tuesday we hung out with Jackie and Kevin for a while, then went back to the apartment to start packing. Thats right we moved again. We are officially out of the ghetto. We did move, however in with Jackie, Kevin, and Kelly. I am ok with this and think that it is the best choice for the family. Strength in numbers, ya know. So we moed on and off for the next 2 days. We get the whole basement at Catherine's parents house. Its pretty cool.
Thursday was Catherine's Birthday. She had decided not to celebrate it this year. With very good reason. I don't think that I would have either. It really wasn't fair that I got her dad for my birthday and she didn't. This was also the day of the wake. It was pretty nice. A lot of people ended up coming out. Bethany made picture boards and a picture video. Both were awesome. I did end up taking Catherine out to dinner but spirits were not that high, but at least we went out.
Friday was the funeral. That was very nice. it was at Epiphany. Also a lot of people came. There were a bunch of flowers and everything that made the church extra beautiful.
Well Thats it for now I guess... I will try to remember to update later. I will possibly edit this laster to be more descriptive but i have to go to work now.

Cabin
We are at the cabin. Its in Alexandria, Minn. This place is so great. Right on lake Victoria. We came up friday night and are leaving today Sunday at about 6. What a great weekend. I am sitting out on the deck, enjoying the sun. We got back from fishing not too long ago. We are having a fish fry for dinner tonight. Yesterday we got about 8 sunfish, 7 crappies, and 1 large mouth bass. That is what we kept but we caught much more than that. Oh and I had a about 2.5 pound northern in the boat but when I went to put it with the rest of the fish in the net. I flopped and got away. Which was too bad that would have been nice. Today we went out first thing and Gene (catherine's grandpa) was murdering the sunnies left and right. He had about 8 keepers before Kevin and I even had one in the boat. That wasn't great because we were in the same spot, using the same bait. just different ends of the boat. I guess thats all it take sometimes...:( Catherine today caught about a half pound crappie. So proud of her for that. It was the biggest crappie that I have seen come out of a lake in a long time. We ended up with about 13 sunnies and 5 crappies today so we are going to fry all those up for dinner tonight. Catherine is sitting out here with me, well I guess that I can't say that.. she is more laying down with her eyes closed. Well I guess thats even glorifing it. Lets call it like it is.. She is sleeping!!! This has to be one of my favorite places in this state. I wonder when we will be back up here? Well I have to get going, we have to finish cutting the grass so its all set to go for when the Hannasch's come up next week. Lucky they get the whole week up here. That was nice when we did it, I wish we can do it again soon.
Bye all
Matt
